How is my data protected?
MY Compliance Management Ltd has been certifed Cyber Essentials for 3 years in a row and our data centres and hosting is provided by Amazon Web Services (AWS) which is SO27001 accredited. We follow and meet GDPR guidelines and provide our software to many government run organisations with very stringent protocols on processing and controlling data.
We have a strict Data Management Plan, Security Policy and all staff are expected to complete relevant training and undergo checks to ensure your data remains fully protected.
All data is encrypted in transit and at rest across the organsiation. We are currently undergoing internal auditing ready for our own ISO 27001 certifcation later in 2022
