The cost is just £1250/year or £109/month..
You can purchase External Access at £500 per annum for 500 users including QR codes, and iHASCO training for just £35 per person per annum.
The only additional charge which certainly isn't hidden and may never be needed is for data over the 5GB provided with the subscription. If you need more it's only £50/per GB per year.
