Can I have more than 100 users?

Yes, there are no limits to the number of users you can add to the system.

Due to the way MY Compliance Management works, even if a company has 500 employees then our 100 user limit is normally sufficient. If you do require more than this we will discuss your individual requirements and recommend a plan to ensure you don't spend more than necessary.

We also offer External Access for users outside of the primary user base. These users can scan QR codes for read only access to Asset data and Training Records, plus they can view a Requirement Register. In addition to that External Users can also report Incidents and Non-conformances through a link or the mobile apps.
