How do I change my password?

Changing my Password in MY Compliance Management

When you log in to the MYC portal you will see the screen below. To change your password, you will need to click on your name in the top right-hand side and click ‘settings’.


Next you need to click on Options in which you will see a drop-down menu. You need to click ‘password’, and this is where you can reset your current or temporary password.

               

















You will now be directed to the ‘change password’ stage. You will need your current (or temporary password sent from the system) and you will need to enter your new password twice to confirm in the boxes provided.

Remember – Your password will need to be a minimum of 8 including one capital letter and 1 number.
