How do I cancel my subscription?

We have an extremely high retention rate for our customers, mainly due to our excellent customer support throughout your subscription. However we are aware your needs may change from time to time and you may decide not to continue using our software.

If this is the case you must contact your dedicated Customer Support Manager as soon as you can prior to the anniversary of your subscription renewing. We would like the opportunity to discuss your concerns via a telephone or MS Teams call first but this is not a requirement.

All subscriptions must be cancelled at least 30 days before your renewal date. You will be responsible for any outsanding monthly payments and we do not offer a pro-rata refund for cancelling before your renewal date.

If you are unsure of your renewal date, your Account Adminsistrators can find this within the account section of MY Compliance Management.

2. Click on yoru name in the top right of the dashboard
   
3. Select Account from the drop down
   
4.  View your expiry date half way down the page
