How can I reset my password?

You can ask your MY Compliance Champion or any account administrator to reset your password. To find you MYC Champion go to MY Advisor and their details should be on the right hand side.

To reset your password yourself you can click this link: https://my-compliance.co.uk/users/lostpassword which can also be found on the Log in page.

You will receive a system email (check your spam if you haven't whitelisted our domain) with a Temporary password. You can use this to log in now and then follow our guide on How do I change my password? to something memorable or in line with your company password policy.
