MY Compliance Management offers various methods of payment for your annual subscription, including standard invoice or monthly options.
Annual Invoice
When you first create your trial account and decide you wish to purchase the system, you get the option to start of with an annual invoice. This automatically generates an invoice on 30 day payment terms and your account is activated straight away.
Annual Credit Card
Similar to an annual invoice but selectingf this option will take you through to a secure payment page for you to pay your annual susbcription immediately and set up an annual recurring payment. This will also give you instant access to MY Compliance Management
Monthly Credit Card
Altertively to the annual payment you can choose to set up a monthly payment of £109+vat to be paid automatically on your credit card each month. This is still agreeing to an annual subscription and will cost slightly more over the 12 months but for smaller businesses this may be preffered to help with cashflow.
Monthly Direct Debit
We can provide this to our customers and you will need to contact your sales person or support manager to dicuss how to set this up. For new accounts you will not be able to access the account instantly as we will require the direct debit to be set up prior to the account being active.
All monthly payment options commit to the annual subscription, should you wish to cancel your payment plan without making all 12 payments will be invoiced for the remaining months. Please see our cancellation process here
